As a Navy SEAL veteran, I struggled for over a decade with chronic mental and physical illness. It got so bad that I nearly took my own life. The turning point came when I stopped chasing treatments from the outside and started training my mind from the inside. What I discovered is that I was mentally tough, but I wasn’t mentally fit.
